COMPOSITION:

Each ml contains: Stanozolol USP 50 mg
Indicaons and usage:
Hereditary angioedema: PS LABS 50 is indicated prophylaccally to decrease the frequency and severity
of aacks of angioedema.
PHARMACOLOGICAL ACTION:
PS LABS 50 is an injectable anabolic preparaon. Aer injecon, Nandrolone Decanoate is gradually
released from the intramuscular depot and subsequently hydrolyzed into nandrolone.

CONTRA-INDICATIONS:

The use of PS LABS 50 is contraindicated in the following: 1. Carcinoma of the prostate of breast in male
paents. 2. Carcinoma of the breast in some females. 3. Nephrosis or the nephric phase of nephris. 4.
Hypercalcemia. 5. PS LABS 50 can cause fatal harm when administered to a pregnant women If this drug
is used during pregnancy or if the paent becomes pregnant while talking this drug, the paent should be
apprised of the potenal hazard to the foetus.
Drug interacons:
Anabolic steroids may increase sensivity to ancoagulants: therefore, dosage of an ancoagulant may have
to be decreased in order to maintain the prothrombin me at the desired therapeuc level.

Over dosage:

There have been no reports of acute over dosage with the androgens.

Precauons:

General: women should be observed for signs of virilizaon (deepening of the voice, hirsusm, acne, and
clitoromegaly). To prevent irreversible change, drug therapy must be disconnued, or the dosage
significantly reduced. Such virilizaon is usual following androgenic anabolic steroid use at high dosages.
Some virilising changes in women are irreversible even aer prompt disconnuance of therapy and are not
prevented by concomitant use of estrogens. Menstrual irregularies may also occur. The insulin or oral
hypoglycemic dosage may need adjustment in diabec paents who receive anabolic steroids. Informaon
for the Paent: The physician should instruct paents to report any of the following side effects of
androgens: Adult or Adolescent Males: Too frequent or persistent erecons of the penis, appearance of
aggravaon of acne. Women: Hoarseness, acne changes in menstrual periods, or more hair on the face.
All Paents: Any nausea, voming, changes in skin colour, or ankle swelling. Laboratory Test: Women with
disseminated breast carcinoma should have frequent determinaon of urine and serum, calcium levels.
Because of the hepatotoxicity associated with the use of 17-alpha-alkylated androgens, liver funcon
tests should be obtained periodically. Periodic (every 6 months) x-ray examinaons of bone age should be
made during treatment of prepubertal paents to determine the rate of bone maturaon and the effects
of androgenric anabolic steroid, therapy on the epiphyseal centres. In common with other anabolic
steroid, PS LABS 50 has been reported to lower the level of high-density lipoproteins and raise the level

of low-density lipoproteins. These changes usually revert to normal on disconnuaon of treatment.
Increased low-density lipoproteins and decreased high-density lipoproteins and considered
cardiovascular risk factors. Drug/Laboratory. Therapy with androgenic anabolic steroids may decrease
levels of thyroxin binding globulin resulng in decreased total T4 serum levels and increase resin uptake
of T3 and T4, free thyroid hormone levels remain unchanged. Anabolic steroids may cause an increase in
prothrombin me
Pregnancy Category X.
Nursing Mothers: PS LABS 50 is not known whether anabolic steroids are excreted in human milk.
Paediatric use. Anabolic agents may accelerate epiphyseal maturaon more rapidly than linear growth in
children, and the effect may connue for 6 months aer the drug has been stopped. Therefore, therapy
should be monitored by x-ray studied at 6 month intervals in order to avoid the risk of compromising the
adult height. The safety and efficacy of PS LABS 50 in children with hereditary angioedema have not
been established.

Genitourinary System:

In men: Prepubertal: Phallic enlargement and increased frequency of erecons. Postpubertal: Inhibion of
tescular funcon, tescular atrophy and oligospermia, impotence, chronic priapism, epididymid and
bladder irritability. In women: Clitoral enlargement. Menstrual irregularies. In both sexes: increased or
decreased libido. CNS: habituaon, excitaon, insomnia, depression. Hematologic: Bleeding in paents on
concomitant ancoagulant therapy. Hair: Hirsusm and male paern baldness in women. Skin: Acne.
Skeletal: Premature closure of epiphyses in children use. Electrolytes: Edema, retenon of serum
electrolytes. Metabolic/Endocrine: Decreased glucose tolerance increased serum levels of low-density
lipoproteins and decreased levels of high-density lipoproteins increased creane and creanine excreon
levels of creanine phosphokinase. Some virilizing changes in women are irreversible even aer prompt
disconnuance of therapy and are not prevented by concomitant use of estrogens
Dosage and administraon:
Hereditary Angioedema: The dosage requirements for connuous treatment of hereditary angioedema
with PS LABS 50 should be individualized on the basis of the clinical response of the paent.
How Supplied:

Precauons: PS LABS 50 is supplied in 10 x 1 ml ampoule. Ampoules should be stored at controlled room
temperatures below 30°C and protected from light. Parenteral drug products should be inspected
visually for parculate maer and discoloraon prior to administraon, whenever soluon and container
permit. Warming and shaking the ampoule should redissolve any crystals that may have formed during
storage at temperatures lower than recommended. If it has expired or is damaged, return it to your
pharmacist for disposal.

Abuse in Sports:

Abuse of this product in sports is highly discouraged. PS LABS Pharma does not take any responsibility
for use of this product for any other purpose. This product should be used under proper medical
supervision. Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
